2. Scope of services

A27A OÜ provides business and management consultancy to businesses, including strategy and planning, organisation design, process improvement, project and change management support, growth planning and management reporting. A description of each service is available on the Services page.

Our services do not include legal, tax, accounting, auditing, financial or investment advice. We do not provide technical support for software or devices made by other companies.

3. Information on this website

The content of this website is general information about our company and services. It is not advice for any specific situation, and you should not act on it without discussing your circumstances with us or another suitable adviser. We take care to keep the information accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete at all times.

4. Enquiries, proposals and engagements

Sending an enquiry through the website, by email or by phone does not create a contract. If we can help, we send a written proposal describing the scope, deliverables, timeline and fee. A contract is formed only when both parties have accepted the proposal or signed a separate agreement. The terms of that proposal or agreement take precedence over these terms of service.

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to disrupt its operation, gain unauthorised access to its systems, send unsolicited messages through the contact form or use automated tools to collect content.

The texts, design and graphics of this website belong to A27A OÜ unless stated otherwise. You may view and print pages for your own use. Any other copying or distribution requires our written permission.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, A27A OÜ is not liable for losses arising from the use of this website or from relying on its general information. Our liability for consulting services is set out in the proposal or agreement for each engagement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Estonian law, including liability for intentional breach or gross negligence.

This website links to a small number of external websites, such as the Estonian e-Business Register and a map service. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those websites.

10. Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our website or services, please write to management@a27aou.com and describe the issue. We will confirm receipt and aim to give a full answer within 14 days. If the matter needs more time, we will tell you why and when to expect a reply.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. We try to resolve disagreements through negotiation first. If that is not possible, disputes are settled by Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus) in Tallinn, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies from the date shown at the top.
